I got my huge list of people that helps me and support me a lot and I want to dedicate this section for them, I will make a list of all those people soon.

Guitar tricks?

Many people have asked me about the secret of a good sounding of a guitar, but there's no secret on it, you only have to train your ear, I'm not a guitar guru but, the pursuit of the perfect sound is almost like the universe, infinite!, but one thing I know, the sounding of a good tube amplifier just like my Marshalls, almost Raw, no pedals (maybe only a Tube Screamer for lead sounds), most times is more than enough, but I'll write a couple of important points to consider.

  • Do not get crazy, those sounds you hear from your favorites artist, most times are mixed by a great engineers.
  • Contrary to popular belief, A good instrument helps but the sound comes out your hands.
  • Even if you want the heavier sound, Don't abuse the gain of your amp, your notes will not be understood, especially if the gain is digital.
  • Practice at least an hour per day.
  • Try to learn a new phrase everyday.
  • Most times the 750hz freq on guitars bothers lot, attenuate it little ;).
  • For me, Shredding is the skill to express something with an instrumento not to compete for being the best of all.
  • Remember there are two sounds, guitars after mix, guitars before mix, don't get confuse when you're looking for a reference sound.

Do not hesitate to contact me for any information you need, for me it would be a pleasure, I like to help!
